Do not starve yourself for a week and then feast fro another - result will be very poor ant the fast weight loss from the starving week will soon become history after you begin feasting.
Burn fat through exercise
The third element in our fast weight loss program is physical exercise - especially cardio workouts. Swimming, jogging or biking - these are excellent fat burning exercises. Besides, they can also be fun. Try not to exercise for 3 hours a week in one session and then stop. Frequent exercising is the key to fast weight loss - even 15-20 minutes of exercise each day will soon show positive results.

They are usually presented as pills or as powder. Weight loss pills contain different mineral or vitamin complexes that increase the body's metabolism and help you burn fat faster.
